Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Page7 (page7.io). By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to them.
1. What Page7 is
Page7 is an AI-assisted marketing service for Gulf businesses: it drafts bilingual Instagram and Facebook posts, checks drafts against prayer-time windows, sensitive topics, and Saudi ad-disclosure rules, and waits for a human to approve before anything publishes. It does not replace your judgment — every post that goes live has passed your approval step, and you can review, edit, or reject anything the AI produces first.
2. Waitlist and your account
Page7 is currently pre-launch and waitlist-gated. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping any login credentials confidential once an account is issued, and for activity under your account or organization. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.
3. Pricing and billing
Exact pricing is shared during onboarding and is not published on the marketing site. When paid plans apply, they are billed in Saudi riyals (SAR), exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. You can change or cancel as described at the time you subscribe. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or that violates the advertising, media, or influencer-licensing regulations of the jurisdictions you operate in — including, where applicable, Saudi Arabia's rules on sponsored-content disclosure and advertising licenses. You're responsible for any disclosures or licenses your content requires; Page7's risk checks are an aid, not a substitute for your own review.
5. Content and ownership
You own the content you approve and publish through Page7. Content the AI drafts but you never approve or publish belongs to you as well, subject to the license terms of any third-party AI or image-generation providers we use to produce it.
6. Connected platforms
When you connect a social account (Instagram, Facebook, or others as supported), you authorize Page7 to publish on your behalf within that platform's own terms and API limits. Those platforms' own terms of service continue to apply, and we're not responsible for changes they make to their APIs or policies.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." AI-generated content can be inaccurate or unsuitable, which is why human approval exists — you're responsible for reviewing content before it publishes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page7 isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the update.
