This Policy explains what personal data Page7 collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Data we collect
Waitlist and account data (name, email, business details), organization and brand data you provide (business profile, brand guidelines, uploaded assets), content you create or approve, and data from social accounts you choose to connect (handles, tokens, published-post metrics).
2. How we use it
To operate the service — managing the waitlist and onboarding, generating drafts, running your approval workflow, scheduling and publishing posts, and sending weekly insight reports. Content and brand data you provide is used as context for the AI features you use; it is not used to train shared models across other customers' organizations.
3. Legal basis and Saudi PDPL
Where you or your organization are based in Saudi Arabia, or your users' personal data relates to Saudi residents, we process personal data in line with the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Where personal data is transferred outside Saudi Arabia, we apply the safeguards PDPL requires for cross-border transfers.
4. Who we share data with
The AI and image-generation providers we use to produce drafts, our hosting and infrastructure providers, our waitlist/form provider, and the social platforms you explicitly connect (so we can publish on your behalf). We don't sell personal data.
5. Retention
We keep waitlist, account, content, and related logs for as long as needed to provide the service, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal and security purposes. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including PDPL where it applies to you), you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to certain uses of it. Contact privacy@page7.io to exercise these rights.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls on who inside Page7 can view your organization's data.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to remember your language preference and keep basic site preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
